職務内容:
1. SCM/WMプロセスリーダーシップ
入庫、出庫、出荷、保管、在庫管理を含む、サプライチェーンおよび倉庫管理のエンドツーエンドのビジネスプロセス設計を主導します。
現状のプロセスを分析し、日本および世界標準に準拠した将来のブループリントを定義します。
WM/EWMソリューションの設計、実行、そして最適化に関する専門的なガイダンスを提供します。
2. クラウド変革イニシアチブ
SAP S/4HANA Cloud(パブリックまたはプライベート)およびクラウドネイティブのSCM/WM機能の導入を推進します。
倉庫および物流システム向けのハイブリッドクラウドとオンプレミスの統合モデルを設計します。
リアルタイムの在庫可視化を実現するクラウドツールを活用し、近代化とデジタル化の取り組みを主導します。
3. ソリューション設計とSAP機能の専門知識
SAP WM/EWMモジュールの機能構成を実行します。これには以下が含まれます。
入庫/出庫プロセス
ピッキングと梱包
入庫戦略
実地棚卸
HU管理
RFスキャン
ヤードおよび労務管理
SCM/WMとMM、SD、PP、QMなどのモジュール間の統合を主導します。
拡張機能、インターフェース、およびカスタム開発のための機能仕様を作成します。
4. プロジェクトおよびステークホルダー管理
日本のステークホルダーとのワークショップを主導し、要件を収集してソリューションを定義します。
海外チームと緊密に連携し、開発、テスト、およびドキュメントのタイムリーな提供を確保します。
高い品質基準を維持しながら、プロジェクトのリスク、タイムライン、および成果物を管理します。
プロジェクトの計画、見積もり、およびマイルストーンの調整をサポートします。
5. テスト、導入、および稼働開始サポート
SCM/WMプロセスのSIT、UAT、回帰テストを監督します。
カットオーバー準備、データ移行、倉庫の準備状況を管理します。
稼働開始後のハイパーケアと安定化サポートを提供します。
6. ドキュメント作成、トレーニング、知識移転
詳細なプロセスドキュメント、SOP、ユーザーガイドを作成します。
ビジネスチームと連携してユーザートレーニングセッションをサポートします。
ジュニアコンサルタントを指導し、継続的な改善活動をサポートします。
応募資格:
SAP SCMおよび倉庫管理(WM/EWM)の実務経験14年以上。

機能設計、統合、テスト、トラブルシューティングにおける優れたスキル。多文化環境における強力なステークホルダーマネジメント能力。
ビジネスレベルの日本語能力が望ましい。英語能力は必須。
望ましい:
SAP EWM または SCM 認定資格。
