■業務内容:
関西事業所にて、新たにストラテジー領域の拠点を立ち上げます。それにあたり、コアとなるメンバーを募集いたします。
当ポジションでは、多様な業界・業種のクライアント企業の新規事業企画・開発支援、ハンズオン型での新規事業立上、経営/事業戦略策定支援、産官学連携等のオープンイノベーション実行支援を行っていただきます。
中長期的に社会課題や顧客課題の解決に資するインパクトの大きいビジネスを開発・牽引し、新たな市場を創造したい方、新規事業を企画や構想で終わらせず、社会実装までコミットしたい方にぴったりな環境です。
■プロジェクト例:
- 通信 :温室効果ガス排出量可視化ソリューションを活用した新規事業戦略・実行推進支援
- 建機 :モノ売りからコト売りへの転換を見据えた新規事業構想・構築支援
- 自動車 :新しいモビリティ体験を支えるビジネス構想及びシステムアーキテクチャ策定支援
- SIer :DX/SCM を軸とした一次産業における事業構想・具体化、会社設立・成長支援
- 金融 :生成 AI を活用した新規施策アイデア創出・具体化
- 公共 :スタートアップ・エコシステム拠点の形成を目指したコンソーシアム運営支援
- SIer :研究開発技術からの MVP 作成~新規サービス立ち上げ支援
- 金融 :既存アイデアを起点とした新規事業開発・プロトタイプ構築・検証支援

- オープンイノベーションによる事業立上
- テック系スタートアップの創業、経営
- ベンチャーキャピタル、CVCにおける業務
- シードアクセラレーター業務
事業会社における以下いずれかのご経験
- 経営企画、事業企画・推進
- マーケティング
