当社は、日本製鉄株式会社 和歌山製鉄所内にて、50年以上にわたり機械設備の補修・メンテナンスを担ってきた専門会社です。

製鉄所内には高炉をはじめとする多種多様な設備があり、それらが安定稼働するためには、日々の点検・修理・メンテナンスが不可欠です。

当社は大規模工事ではなく、「故障を未然に防ぐ」「小さな不具合を確実に直す」そんな地道で重要な仕事を担い続けています。

【お仕事内容】

製鉄所内の各設備の補修・メンテナンスを担当していただきます。

具体的には

  • 機械設備の部品交換・簡単な修理
  • ベルトコンベヤーのベルト・ローラー交換
  • 工場内の壁・扉・柱などの溶接作業
  • 安全柵の設置・撤去作業
  • 工事に必要な部品の簡単な加工(微調整程度)

※作業は2~4名のチーム制

※1日単位で完了する作業が中心

※製鉄所内は車で移動(軽トラック・2t車)

まずは先輩社員のサポートをしながら、現場の流れや安全ルールを覚えていただきます。

溶接・金属加工・クレーン・玉掛けなど、業務に必要な資格・講習は会社負担で受講可能。未経験の方でも、基礎から丁寧に指導しますのでご安心ください。
