商品の取り扱い等のお問い合わせが合った際に、

お客様宅へ訪問してご説明するお仕事がメインです

電気通信関係の仕事に興味がある皆さん、

経験不問のこちらの仕事から、

少しずつスキルを磨いて一人でできる事・・・

増やしていきませんか??

\新規開拓業務等は全くなし/

完全保守・保全業務となります(*^^)v

サービス使用後の不具合やご相談を受けて、

個々のご自宅へご訪問し、

お悩みの解決へ向けて作業していく仕事になります(^^

ご自身の身の回りの通信機器関連も、詳しくなっていけるので、生活に役立つメリットも(*^^)v

最初に同行しながら、実際にみて覚えられるので、

専門的な知識が無くても、

就業できるお仕事になります

例えば・・・・・

上手く映像が受信できない等トラブルが起きた時に、

・トラブルが発生した

・操作方法がわからない・・・など

利用者さんから寄せられる、

さまざまな問い合わせに対応し、問題解決していきます。

仕事内容


久喜市にあるケーブルテレビの会社で、

保守・保全のメンテナスサポート業務をお願いします。

契約しているお客様宅へ訪問し、問題の解決をしていきます。

  • 仕事内容

・通信不具合の原因究明と改善

・機器交換対応

・操作等のお悩み解消

・その他付帯業務

営業ではないので、新規開拓営業や・ノルマなど一切ありません

お客様のお悩みにより沿って、問題の解決をしていただければと思います

研修はあんしんの2ヵ月程度

はじめに先輩スタッフと現場へ同行しながら、

実際に作業経過をみながら覚えることができます(*^^)v

配線や無線等の接続等に興味・関心がある方、
