【仕事内容】
コンクリートミキサー車の運転をお任せします
<やることは大きく分けて3つ>
(1)運転
(2)レバー操作で積下ろし
(3)洗車
だけなので長距離もなく体への負担少なく
性別・年齢問わずご活躍いただけます
他営業所では女性のドライバーも大活躍してます

<仕事内容詳細>
ミキサー車に乗って生コンを工場から各現場へ運んでいただきます。
工場では生コンを自動で流し入れ、
現場に着いたらレバーを上げ下げするだけ。
手積み・手降ろしがないのでとても負担の軽いお仕事です。
「生コンクリート」の鮮度が保たれるのは90分が限度
のため30~40分で行ける範囲での配送となります

先輩ドライバーと同乗研修を実施し、
運転のポイントや配送ルートまで覚えて
頂きますので未経験の方でも大丈夫です
<マンツーマンの同乗研修完備で安心>
運転のポイントや配送ルートまで
先輩社員が慣れるまで同乗し
丁寧に指導いたしますので
職務未経験の方もご安心ください
<1日の流れの例>
- 08:00~08:30 車両点検や稼動準備
- 08:30~12:00 生コンクリート出荷開始
- 12:00~13:00 休憩
- 13:00~16:30 午前中の業務再開
- 16:30~17:00 洗車・締め作業

- 必須条件
- 大型自動車免許
- 生コンの運転経験(年数問わず)
免許さえあれば、経験などは問いませんので、
まずは気軽に応募してみて下さい
入社してからしばらくは先輩社員が、
マンツーマンでしっかり教育しますので安心です。

月給320,000円~400,000円 (地域限定採用)
※賞与:年3回(内1回業績配当)
