仕事内容:

正社員として、国内で開催される様々な催事・イベントをトータルサポートする企画営業をお任せします。大手町駅徒歩2分の東京サンケイビルが拠点です。

お任せすること:

・お客様の想いを形にする企画立案

周年イベントや会議、展示会など、催事の内容を丁寧にヒアリングし、最適な企画書を作成することから始まります。

・イベントの成功を左右する事前準備

会場選びからレイアウト提案、備品手配、ケータリングやスタッフの手配、さらには交通・宿泊手配まで幅広く担当します。

・感動の瞬間を支える当日運営

当日の立ち合いはもちろん、進行管理や映像・音響の対応まで行い、イベントを成功へと導きます。
