By connecting businesses to our platform's audiences who are looking for the next interest, we provide full-funnel solutions.

Solution Managerには、広告代理店のビジネス成長を目的としてソリューション提案を行うAgency Solution Manager (ASM)と広告主に対して直接ソリューション提案を行い課題解決に貢献するClient Solution Manager (CSM) の役割が存在します。ともに各ステークホルダーと連携しながら、事業の売上拡大を目指し、プロダクトチームへフィードバックを提供しながら継続的な成長を促します。広告プロダクトや、予約型・運用型広告の運用に関する知識を活かし、専門性を活かしながら代理店/クライアントの課題解決を図ります。Within the role of a Solution Manager, there are two key positions: the Agency Solution Manager, who proposes solutions aimed at the business growth of advertising agencies, and the Client Solution Manager (CSM), who directly proposes solutions to advertisers and contributes to problem-solving.

Both roles collaborate with various stakeholders to aim for business revenue growth and encourage continuous development by providing feedback to the product teams.

Utilizing their knowledge of advertising products, and the management of both reservation-based and operational advertisements, they leverage their expertise to solve the challenges faced by agencies and clients.

ResponsibilitiesAgency Solutions Managerは、『TikTok / Pangle』等のプラットフォームが広告代理店の重要なマーケティングツールとなるよう、クライアントに対する広告戦略の企画提案サポート、TikTok for Businessを最大活用いただくための運用コンサルティング活動を一貫して行います。具体的な業務としては、以下を想定しております。 - 広告代理店がクライアントに対してプロモーション提案を行い、成功に導くためのソリューション提案と運用コンサルティング - 広告プロダクトの機能や配信ロジックを熟知して、ベストな活用方法を広告代理店に共有することで広告代理店の競争力を高める - 広告代理店向けの定期的な定例会、勉強会を通してプロダクト理解を深めてもらうための活動全般 - 社内のステークホルダーと連携して、運用改善提案を行うことで広告パフォーマンスを向上させて売上を拡大する - 広告パフォーマンス向上、プロダクト導入率の向上などの社内外のプロジェクトのオーナーとして推進 - 広告運用方法の知見を蓄積、ベストプラクティスの構築、重要なソリューションの導入率を向上させてTikTok for Businessの価値を高める - 広告プロダクトの機能やロジックに関する生の声をプロダクトサイドに適切にフィードバックし、プロダクトを強くする The Agency Solutions Manager consistently performs activities such as planning and supporting advertising strategy proposals for clients and operational consulting to maximize the use of TikTok for Business, ensuring platforms like "TikTok / Pangle" become essential marketing tools for advertising agencies.

The specific duties include - Proposing solutions and operational consulting to help advertising agencies make successful promotion proposals to their clients.

- Enhancing the competitiveness of advertising agencies by sharing the best usage methods, being well-versed in the features and delivery logic of advertising products.

- Conducting regular meetings and study sessions for advertising agencies to deepen their understanding of products. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to propose operational improvements, thereby enhancing advertising performance and expanding revenue. - Leading internal and external projects as an owner, such as improving advertising performance and product adoption rates.

- Accumulating insights on advertising operations, building best practices, and enhancing the adoption rate of key solutions to increase the value of TikTok for Business.

- Appropriately feeding back the raw voices regarding the features and logic of advertising products to the product side, thereby strengthening the product.

Qualifications必須条件- 以下いずれかにおける広告営業経験、コンサルティング経験、事業マーケティング経験や広告運用の経験を3年以上お持ちの方 - デジタルプラットフォーム - 総合広告代理店においてデジタルメディアを担当 - デジタル専門の広告代理店においてデジタルメディアを担当 - 事業会社におけるマーケティングを担当- TikTokとTikTok for Businessの魅力やポテンシャルを他者に伝えられる方- マーケティングや広告に関する情報を日々キャッチアップし、自己学習に努めている方- ロジカルであり適切な問題解決能力を備えている方 - 学習意欲が高く、環境の変化に柔軟に適応し、常に新しいことにチャレンジしようとする方- 社外関係者と交渉して実績を生み出した経験がある方- 周りと良好な関係性を構築することができる方- 四年制大学卒以上 - 日本語流暢レベル以上- エクセル関数 (vlookup/pivot table)を日常的に使用していた方- 提案資料や運用改善のドキュメントを日常的に作成されていた方 歓迎条件- ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚良し- 広告代理店に対してのソリューション営業の経験- デジタルマーケティングの経験- TableauをはじめとしたBIツールを日常的に活用していた方 Must-Have's- 3 years of experience in advertisement sales, digital marketing, advertisement consulting or advertisement optimization from the following industries: - Digital platforms - Traditional agencies- with a focus on digital media - Digital advertisement agencies - In-house marketer- Able to communicate the value and the potential of our products, such as TikTok and TikTok for Business- Self-driven to continuously educate him/herself with the latest knowledge of marketing and advertisement- Logical-thinker, problem-solving skills- Able to adapt to changing environment and is driven to try new things- High negotiation skills and proven experience that demonstrates such skillset- Team-worker- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Fluency in Japanese- Those who were regularly using Excel functions (such as vlookup/pivot table).- Individuals who regularly created proposal documents and operational improvement documentation.

Good-to-Have's- Having business-level English proficiency is a plus.- Experience in solution sales to advertising agencies.- Experience in digital marketing.- Individuals who were routinely utilizing BI tools, including Tableau.
