単なるサービスインだけではなく、購入から売却までのお客様体験を強化しつつ、仕組み・オペレーション改革を含めた事業企画全体をリード

サービスの事業販売リーダーとして、企画立案と、実装に向けた社内外関係者(技術、各地域)との連携・調整
取り巻く仕組みやオペレーションの変革まで見据えた事業企画の推進

・海外のバリューチェーン事業(部品、用品、サービス、中古車、金融、保険等)を推進する部署で、国内外の多くのトヨタ関連事業組織と関わる部署です。
・名古屋に拠点があり、会議等で豊田市本社や東京等への国内出張とまた、海外事業体の現地活動支援として海外出張もあります。
・23年に新設、部品事業と合体し「部」となった部署で、様々な部門から集まったメンバー構成です。若手も多く、上下左右とも風通しが良く、活気がある職場です。
