職務目的(Job Purpose)

金融機関や総合・専門商社、製造・建設等の事業会社を母体とする保険代理店(企業代理店)を通じた、大企業・中堅企業あるいは企業内の個人のお客様へのリスクソリューションを提供し、それを起点として各種の損害保険商品を推進することで、収益を拡大していくことが部門の目的です。
お客様に誠実に向き合いながら、企業代理店と信頼関係を築き、共に成長できる環境を作っていくことが、営業担当者に期待される重要な役割です。

職責(Job Responsibilities)

企業代理店の皆様に、AIGの有する様々なValueをご理解頂き、それを活かした、お客様に最適なソリューションを提案する。
社内外の関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを通じて、収益を伴う成長に向けた施策を検討し、実行する。
同じ部内に直販部門も混在しておりコーポレートマーケットにおいて直接及び間接でセールスプロモーションに取組む。

保険の知識

業務経験

法人営業で信頼関係を構築し成功体験のある方であれば尚可
