仕事内容

■ スタッフ配置・調整

・各レジデンスへの勤務スタッフの配置

・シフトの調整と稼働状況の確認

・欠員や急な変更への柔軟対応

→ 安心して働ける環境づくりをサポートします。

■ スタッフフォロー・関係づくり

・定期面談やヒアリングの実施

・困りごとや不安の吸い上げ

・無理のない働き方の支援

→ スタッフ一人ひとりが快適に働けるようにフォローします。

■ レジデンス運営チームとの連携

・現場責任者との情報共有

・改善点や気づきのフィードバック

・トラブルの未然防止

→ チーム全体で円滑な運営を実現します。

当社の人材コーディネーターは、現場に立つのではなく、スタッフが安心して働ける環境を整える"縁の下の力持ち"的な役割です。

日々のシフト管理や面談、チームとの連携は決して難しい作業ではなく、研修やマニュアルも充実しています。

連続勤務による負担や急な対応はチームでサポートするため、未経験の方でも無理なくスタート可能です。

勤務時間は9時~18時、完全週休2日制で土日祝休み、残業は月平均10時間以内と安定しています。
