「【ITコンサルタントマネージャー候補】在宅週3日・創業37年」のポジションの求人です

【期待する役割】

企業のDX推進・IT導入・業務プロセス改善を目的としたDX/BPマネジメント部において、マネージャー候補としてコンサルティング業務を担当していただきます。クライアント規模は100名~300名規模の日系中小・中堅企業が中心となります。クライアントの経営者と膝を突き合わせて事業計画から染み出たITの要素にOAGグループとしてどのようにアプローチしていくか、クライアントと膝を突き合わせながら課題解決に至るようコミットいただきます。

【職務内容】

■担当クライアントは業界、外資・内資問わず業種も、サービス業から製造業など多岐に渡ります。

中小~中堅、上場企業まで幅広く担当いただきます。※同社の強みは中小・中堅企業です。

・IT戦略立案、ITコスト削減、システム選定支援、PMO等のコンサルティング

・業務改革、業務分析、業務設計等に関するプロセスコンサルティング

・プロジェクトにおけるリーダー、マネージメント、部下の指導 他

本ポジションはITコンサルタントですが、案件やクライアント課題によっては各エキスパートと協力し、

OAGグループ全体でクライアント課題に対して包括的に支援しています。

・同社は仕事とプライベートの両立が図れるよう全社でコミットしており、

繁華はございますが、全社平均で残業20時間程度と個々の裁量で業務調整が可能となっています。

また新規案件獲得などは行っておらず、金融機関からの紹介や既存クライアントからの紹介で案件を賄っており、

枯渇することが無いため、安定した経営基盤を誇っています。

【働き方】

・実働7時間、試用期間終了後は最大週3日の在宅勤務可、時差出勤制度あり、時間有給制度と柔軟な勤務体系を敷いており、

加えて個々の成長支援(明確なキャリアパス、学習環境)が特徴です。

【必須要件】

以下いずれかに該当する方

・Sierでの要件定義などの上流工程のご経験

・事業会社(IT部門)でのマネジメント経験

・設計~開発のご経験(アプリ/インフラ不問)2年以上

・PL/PM/PMOなど、何かしらのマネジメント経験(規模/業界不問)

・市販パッケージ製品(RPA、BIツール、SFA、CRM、勤怠管理、人事システム等)導入経験(自社側・クライアントワーク不問)

【歓迎要件】

・RFP(要件定義)作成経験

【給与】

年収 858 ~ 1208 万円

※経験・能力など考慮の上、決定いたします ※実働7時間超過時から1分単位で割り増し賃金支給 一般職:月給制(夏・冬賞与各2ヶ月分)

※賞与については人事評価により増減する可能性有

管理職:理論年収を12分割し支給【時間外労働について】 一般職:法定に準じて支給/管理職:規定に準じて支給

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
