仕事内容


野球未経験でもOKスポーツスクールの販促企画・マーケティング・コーチ業務をお任せします。

「人と接すること」や「体を動かすこと」が好きな方にピッタリスポーツ経験は問いません。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • スクールへの体験会への集客や、会員獲得に向けたマーケティング・販促企画(全体業務の約7割)

・小学校や幼稚園、保育園へのアプローチやチラシ配布

・体験会の案内や保護者対応

・地域特性や地形を活かしたエリアマーケティングの戦略立案

などを行います。

どのエリアにリーチするか、交通の便や地域の年収層などを考慮した戦略的な集客活動を行っています。

  • 幼児・小学生向けスポーツスクールのインストラクター業務(全体業務の約3割)

私たちのスクールは、子どもたちに野球を教えることが目的ではありません。

野球を通して、子どもたちが自分で考える力や課題解決の方法を学び、社会で役立つスキルを身につけられるようサポートします。

また、マーケティングや販促の知識も身に付くので、スポーツの枠を超えた多様なキャリア形成を目指せます。

【ある先輩のスケジュール例】

  • 9:30~ 業務スタート。

  • 午前中

集客活動。リストに沿って、幼稚園・保育園・小学校等へ訪問。

子どもたちに「遊びに来てね~」と笑顔でチラシを渡したりします。

-ランチ休憩-

  • 13:00~ 引き続き集客活動や教室の準備等をします。

15:30~16:30 1部 幼稚園クラス開始。

16:30~18:00 2部 小学生クラス開始。

18:00~19:00 保護者の対応やグランドの片付け等をして、業務終了

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

9:30~19:30(休憩2h)、最低勤務期間:半年以上

9:30~ 業務スタート。

午前中 集客活動。リストに沿って、幼稚園・保育園・小学校等へ訪問。

子どもたちに「遊びに来てね~」と笑顔でチラシを渡したりします。

13:00~ 引き続き集客活動や教室の準備等をします。

15:30~16:30 1部 幼稚園クラス開始。

16:30~18:00 2部 小学生クラス開始。
