【仕事内容】

後払い決済サービス「バモス後払い」の審査・分析スタッフとして、申込内容のチェックや不正利用防止、データ集計・分析などを担当します。最初は研修やマニュアルに沿ってシンプルな確認作業からスタートし、徐々にデータ分析や改善提案など発展的な業務にも挑戦できます。

<主な業務内容>

・加盟店(法人)の確認(会社情報や売上規模のチェック)

・利用者(個人)の確認(データに基づく与信判断)

・不正利用防止のチェック(不自然な注文の検知)

・データ集計・分析(利用状況の調査や資料作成)

・チームでの問題解決(新たな不正パターンの対策検討)

土日祝休みで年間休日120日。有給や特別休暇、産休・育休の取得実績もあり、ワークライフバランスを大切にできます。
