ネクステージグループの中核企業である株式会社HRCにて、EC事業のCRMリーダー候補を募集します。主力商材であるナイトブラは2023年4月にマーケットシェア利用率1位を獲得し、売上98億円規模の急成長中の企業です。『理想の姿を叶える』を理念に掲げ、オリジナル商品企画・開発から顧客対応、ブランディングまで一貫して自社で手掛けています。

本ポジションは、EC・通販事業の更なる成長を目指し、ブランドごとの組織体制強化のためのCRMチームリーダー候補として、顧客体験の最大化とLTV向上を担います。将来的にはブランドマネージャーとして新規・既存ブランドのマーケティング責任者へのキャリアアップも可能です。

【主な業務内容】

・リピート戦略の立案と実行(購買データ分析、リピート促進施策)

・数値管理・分析を通じた戦略改善

・メールマガジン/・配信(セグメント配信、クロスセル施策)

・自社ECサイトの顧客情報収集・分析、顧客体験向上施策の提案・実施

・既存顧客向けキャンペーンの企画運営、効果測定と改善

・SNS(インスタ・Twitter)の企画・運用によるブランド認知向上

・広告クリエイティブやプロモーション素材の制作ディレクション

CRMのミッションは、既存顧客の育成、LTV・リピート率・サービス継続率の向上、既存顧客への別商材販促など多岐にわたります。自社マーケティングを通じて新規ブランドの立ち上げやリーダー候補としての成長も目指せる環境です。

月給:428,571円~642,850円

・基本給:358,471円~537,750円

・固定残業代(25時間分):70,100円~105,100円

・交通費支給(上限2万円/月)

・住宅手当(3.5万円/月、高田馬場駅より半径5km以内)

・家族手当(配偶者1万円、子1人5,000円/月)

賞与・昇給

・賞与:年2回(7月・12月、個人・会社業績による)
