≪主な職務内容≫
コンテンツ制作管理
- すべてのプラットフォーム向け%のデジタルコンテンツを制作
- コンテンツ制作:企画、準備、リソース配分、仕上げ作業のサポート
- すべてのプラットフォーム向けの事前収録映像コンテンツを制作
- プラットフォーム全体で使用れるモーショングラフィックコンテンツを制作
- 商品紹介のためのフルモーション映像の撮影を提供
- ポストプロダクション業務全般
- 制作の調整および計画立案
- TV上でブランドやプラットフォームの活動を促進するための視聴者向け教育・ハイライト素材を制作
関連部署との連携およびリソース管理
- チームの代表として、バイヤー、編集、営業、Edit & CG、音声MA、MCR、エンジニアチームなど、制作業務や日常業務に関わる他部署と密接に連携し、制作環境、ネットワーク環境、業務ワークフローの改善提案を行う。業務が円滑に進行しているかを常に確認し、必要に応じて関係者と積極的かつ適切にコミュニケーションを図り、改善を推進する。
- OA番組、SNS、WEBなど各コンテンツに応じたプロモーション素材を適切に提供するため、関連部署との連携を継続的に維持・強化する中心的な役割を担う。また、各コンテンツの販売促進効果を最大限に活用し、チームが担う表現領域の拡張につながる新たな施策の提案と実行にも取り組む。
- 会社案内、AR関連業務、緊急修正依頼など、イレギュラーな制作依頼に関する連絡・調整業務を担当する。
- 外部委託業者の調整、予算管理、商品素材の管理など、制作プロセスにおけるリソース管理を行う。
≪必要なスキルや知識≫
- 制作現場における企画構成および業務遂行に対する指示力
- 映像制作および関連機器に関する業務知識
- 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理・遂行する能力
- 高いコミュニケーション能力(口頭・書面)およびチーム内で円滑に業務を進める協調性
- 定められた制作スケジュール内で複数の業務を処理・遂行する能力
- MS Word、Excel、PowerPointなどのオフィスソフトの基本操作スキル
- Adobe Photoshop、Illustratorの基本操作スキル
- Adobe Premiereなどの映像編集ソフトに関する知識
- 複数プロジェクトを同時に管理できる能力
- 自主的に行動し、問題解決や改善に取り組む姿勢
- 英語スキルがあれば尚可
≪望ましい資格≫
• 映像制作分野での3年以上の実務経験
• TV-CM制作会社などでの企画・演出・制作業務に関する幅広い現場経験があれば尚可
