- 生産性・効率性に関するKPI ― FTE(フルタイム換算)あたりの制作アセット数(新規、更新、ベンダー提供素材などを個別に追跡)自社制作 vs 外部取得の区別
- 統一されたブランド表現に関するKPI(例:ブランドトラッカー)ブランドマーケティング部門との連携が必要
≪主な業務内容≫
- 生放送の番組内で使用されるインサート映像の制作
- 通販番組、短尺インフォマーシャルの制作
- 各種プロモーションビデオの制作(番宣CM/番組オープニング映像/企業VP など)
- Youtube、SNS等でのWeb動画の制作
- 社内動画の制作
■具体的な業務例
- 関係各所とのコミュニケーション
- 企画(演出)コンテ、台本作成
- 撮影および編集現場のディレクション
- オフライン編集
- Avid、Adobeソフトを用いた編集
- ロケーション、小道具、出演者、ヘアメイク等の手配とスケジュール調整
- 必要な情報の収集とコンセプトやビジュアルイメージの企画・開発
≪必要なスキルや知識≫
- 1年以上の映像制作での実務経験
- 映像制作や撮影機器に関する業務知識
- 各種アプリケーションの基礎知識と使用経験 (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)の基本操作スキル
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル、およびチームワークのスキル
- マルチタスク対応、複数のタイムスケジュールを自己管理できる方
- 自主的な提案力や問題解決力
