仕事内容:

機器メーカーで、海外ECサイトのオペレーションに関する事務をお願いします。

ECのシステム設定は2割程度で、ECのオペレーション全体で6割です。

社外(ライターやデザイナー)の方とのやり取りを行う際に、英語でメール対応を行います。

その他、市場調査などで海外情報をリサーチしていただきます。

英語を使って働きたい方にオススメ

電話対応はほとんどありません。固定電話に誰も出られない時に、運送会社の対応をお願いします。

・USA ECサイトのオペレーション(不正受注・不具合チェック/カスタマーサービスのサポート/運営パートナー様とのメールやりとり/SNS投稿作業/売上集計)

・キャンペーンのパートナー様とのメルマガクリエイティブやりとり(年6回程度)

・ECのシステム設定

・パートナー様との会議、文書確認

・市場、他社リサーチ

・開発サポート(発送、アンケート作成、容器充填等)

・イベントサポート(月1回程度)

・RSPOの窓口業務
