セキュリティアーキテクチャー&コンプライアンス部は、情報セキュリティのガバナンスやコンプライアンス等の業務を中心に行っている部となります。その中でデータガバナンス課は弊社にて扱かわれる情報をデータガバナンスの観点(適切にデータが取り扱われているか)から管理する部署となります。
業務内容
・ データ ガバナンス フレームワークの開発と実装:
・ データ ポリシーと標準を定義します。
・ データレビュープロセスの実施:
・ レビュープロセスにおけるリスク発見の分析:
・ ステークホルダーの協力
・ データ ガバナンスの教育とトレーニング
・ データプライバシーコンプライアンス
・ データ ガバナンスの指標とレポート
必須要件
・データガバナンス、データ管理、または関連する役割における実績のある経験。
・データ品質、メタデータ管理、データセキュリティ原則についての深い理解。
・コミュニケーション能力やコラボレーション能力に優れている。
・DGチームのマネジメント経験。
・組織力を重視し、複数の優先順位や期限を管理できる方。
歓迎要件
・関連するデータプライバシー規制(APPI、GDPR、HIPAAなど)に精通していること。
・データガバナンスのポリシー、手順、基準の作成と実装の経験。
・データガバナンスツールおよびプラットフォームの経験。
・データ管理または関連分野の資格。
