アプリケーション保守(Microsoft Accessベース業務システム)

仕事内容:

某企業にて稼働中の Microsoft Accessベースの業務システム に対し、

既存資産の調査・不具合対応・改修業務を行っていただきます。

VBAやフォームなど多様な機能を用いたアプリケーションの保守・改善対応が中心です。

エラーのトラブルシューティングや仕様把握など、技術的な解析スキルに加え、

ユーザー部門との要件調整力も求められます。

■作業内容

  • 既存Accessファイルの仕様解析
  • トラブル調査(エラー調査・デバッグ)および改修
  • ユーザヒアリング・要件確認
  • 改修内容の実装(フォーム、マクロ、VBA等)
  • 必要に応じたドキュメントの簡易作成(改修メモなど)

求める人材:

■必須スキル

  • Microsoft Accessによる開発経験(フォーム/クエリ/テーブル/帳票/マクロ/VBA)
  • 既存Access資産の解析および仕様読み解きスキル
  • エラー調査・デバッグ・修正の経験
  • VBAによる処理ロジック理解・改修スキル
  • データベースの基礎知識(正規化、リレーション設計など)

■尚可スキル

  • Accessのパフォーマンスチューニング経験
  • Excel VBAの開発経験
  • SQLServer、MySQLなど他DBとの連携・移行知識
  • 小規模業務システムの再設計・業務改善の経験
  • 簡易仕様書・改修メモなどのドキュメント作成経験

勤務時間・曜日:

「フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間1日8時間)

コアタイム:11:00〜15:00

フレキシブルタイム:5:00〜22:00」
