仕事内容


最近は飲食店にてQRコードを使用した注文システムや店内タブレットでの注文など、見かける機会、使用する機会が増えてきたかと思います。

そんな「モバイルオーダー」の導入、運用をサポートするお仕事です。

新規お問い合わせ対応から導入後のフォロー、事務作業まで幅広く担当いただきます。

タイピングのみできればOK

<主な業務内容>

・モバイルオーダーに関する お問い合わせ対応

(受付~導入までのフォロー)

・導入後の 運用サポート

(飲食店からの操作方法、設定に関するメール、チャット、電話の問い合わせ対応)

・事務作業

(飲食店メニューの作成、修正、データ入力など)

・キッティング作業

(端末、機材の初期設定)

・配送日程の調整

(機材導入に伴うスケジュール調整)

・マニュアルの更新、整備

営業要素はなく、案内やサポート・事務中心のお仕事です。

マニュアルや手順が整っているため、基本的な事務スキルがある方でしたら業界未経験の方でも安心して始められます。

求めている人材

  • 必須スキル

・タイピング200文字/分以上(面談時にe-typing結果を共有お願いいたします)

・チャットツール使用経験

・自己解決力(マニュアル理解・調査対応)

・PCのショートカットキー使用経験

・報連相、コミュニケーションがしっかりと取れる方

・長期で稼働可能な方

  • 尚可スキル

・飲食経験

・Slack使用経験

・Notion使用経験

・salesforce使用経験

・Illustrator / Photoshop経験

・やる気と希望に満ち溢れている方

・パソコンの知識がある方(テクニカル部署)

勤務時間詳細


勤務時間:10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

平日週5日勤務

休日休暇


完全週休二日制

年次休暇120日以上

土日祝日休み

基本給:時給 1400円 〜 1900円
