10名以上の大量募集 / 急募内定まで2週間

飲食店向けモバイルオーダーサービスの導入・運用をサポートするお仕事です。

お問い合わせ対応から導入後のフォロー、事務作業まで幅広く担当いただきます。

<主な業務内容>

・モバイルオーダーに関する お問い合わせ対応

(受付~導入までのフォロー)

・導入後の 運用サポート

(飲食店からの操作方法、設定に関するメール、チャット、電話の問い合わせ対応)

・事務作業

(飲食店メニューの作成、修正、データ入力など)

・キッティング作業

(端末、機材の初期設定)

・配送日程の調整

(機材導入に伴うスケジュール調整)

・マニュアルの更新、整備

営業要素はなく、サポート・事務中心のお仕事です。

マニュアルや手順が整っているため、基本的な事務スキルがある方でしたら業界未経験の方でも安心して始められます。

応募資格・条件


既卒・第二新卒歓迎 / 英語力不問 / 未経験OK

未経験OK

・タイピング200文字/分以上(面談時にe-typing結果を共有お願いいたします)

・チャットツール使用経験

・自己解決力(マニュアル理解・調査対応)

・PCのショートカットキー使用

・報連相、コミュニケーションがしっかりと取れる方

・長期で稼働可能な方

  • 尚可スキル

・飲食経験

・Slack使用経験

・Notion使用経験

・salesforce使用経験

・Illustrator / Photoshop経験

・やる気と希望に満ち溢れている方

・パソコンの知識がある方(テクニカル部署)
