弊社女性向けレーベル 『Puffs』『Puffs more』 を中心に、作品の編集業務を幅広くお任せします。

編集者としてだけでなく、事業拡大の中心メンバーとして活躍していただける機会があります。

少数精鋭のチームのため、裁量を持って業務に取り組める環境です。

さらに、現在のレーベルにとどまらず 編集者が得意とするジャンルで新しい作品を生み出すことも可能。

将来的には、そこから 新規レーベルを立ち上げるチャンス もご用意しています。

出版事業部では、多様なジャンルのコミックや小説の企画・編集・出版・サイト運営を行い、紙・電子の両面から幅広いコンテンツサービスを展開しています。

IP創出を目指し、BL、女性向け、異世界、青年向け、さらには技法書まで、多彩なレーベルを持ち、読者のニーズに応える作品を創出し続けています。

このように出版事業部は、BLから女性向け・異世界・青年向けにて、小説からコミックまで、多様なレーベルを展開し、さらにWebtoonや技法書といった幅広い分野に取り組んでいます。

今後MUGENUPは出版事業部が創出する小説・コミックIP、MGF事業部が創出するWEBTOON IPで多面的にIP創出をしていきます。

NTTドコモ子会社としてのグループシナジーを最大限活用し、メディアミックスや海外展開…とさらなる拡大をしていく予定です。

・連載立ち上げ経験のある方
