【お仕事内容】
あなたのミッションは、顧問先企業の経営戦略を深く理解し、人事労務の専門知識をもって事業の健全な発達と従業員の幸福を最大化することです。
単なる「手続きの代行」ではなく、企業の土台を固め、次の一手を可能にするための「戦略労務」を実践していただきます。
法的な正しさだけでなく、企業の文化やスピード感に合わせた「生きた解決策」を提案し、実行まで伴走する役割です。
[具体的なお仕事内容]
- テーラーメイド型人事労務支援・コンサルティング
- 労務顧問業務(相談対応・リスク判断)
- 給与計算・社会保険手続きの設計および実務
- 就業規則や社内ルールの策定・改定
- IPO/M&Aに対応した労務管理・法対応支援・労務監査
- 人事労務向けクラウドサービスの導入・運用支援
- スタートアップ企業向けの人事労務立ち上げ支援

【応募資格】
<必須条件>
・基本的なPCスキル・ITツールへの嫌悪感が無いこと
・企業での何らかの実務経験年数が3年以上(目安)
・弊社のミッション/ビジョン/バリューに共感し、専門性を高める努力を継続できる方
<歓迎要件>
・単なる事務処理に留まらず、顧客への提案や課題解決に携わった経験
・SmartHR、マネーフォワード、freee等の人事労務システムの導入や設定支援の経験
・就業規則の新規策定や、人事制度構築などのプロジェクトを主導した経験
・社保手続きや給与計算、勤怠管理などを自身で実施した経験がある方
※社会保険労務士事務所での経験を問うていません。
専門性を持ち粘り強く丁寧な対人折衝をする力が非常に重要です。

- 残業あり(初期30時間程度)
- 知的な経験を多く積めますが、責任もあり、仕事はハードです。
- 使い捨てはしません。助成金やスポット業務主体の事務所ではないので、顧問先の対応に最大限能力を使って頂きます。
【給与】
月給 35万円〜51万円
※想定年収 458万円〜670万円
上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
みなし残業代 90,000円 〜 130,000円
みなし残業時間 45時間
【月給】
350,000円〜510,000円
【月給詳細】
基本給:260,000円〜380,000円
固定残業代:90,000円〜130,000円(月45時間分。超過分は全額支給)
※想定年収:4,500,000円〜6,700,000円
※試用期間3ヶ月(条件変更なし)。
※賞与あり(年1回/9月)
※年齢・経験・能力を考慮の上、当社の規定により決定します。
