当社は自動販売機の運営管理を軸に、飲料の卸売や物販自販機の展開を行う企業です。

メーカーに縛られない独自のラインナップと「ほぼ100円」の低価格販売を武器に、全国でシェアを拡大しています。

今回は【自販機の商品補充スタッフ】の新たなメンバーを募集中です

仕事内容:


自販機への飲料などの商品補充、清掃、売上管理をお任せします。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・専用車両での担当ルート巡回

・商品の補充・ラインナップの切り替え

・自販機の清掃・空き缶の回収

・売上データの確認

・帰社後の翌日分商品の積み込み など

・回るエリアについて

大阪営業所を拠点に、周辺エリアを担当します。

ルートによっては近隣県をまたぐこともありますが、高速道路を利用することはありません。

一度ルートを覚えれば、道に迷う不安もなく没頭して運転できます

・何を自動販売機に補充するのか

9割が飲料、1割がラーメンやおでん缶、

物販などの保存がきく食料品です

「次はこれを並べてみよう」といった、

ちょっとしたレイアウトの工夫が売上に繋がる面白さもありますよ。

「ドライバー未経験で不安」「普通免許しか持っていないけど大丈夫かな」という方でも、ご安心ください

入社後は、ベテランの先輩が約1ヶ月間、助手席に同乗し、補充の手順やルートのコツなどをイチから丁寧にレクチャー

試用期間中は契約社員になります

想定給与:

  • 月収35万7000円〜免許取得費用は会社が全額補助

年俸制:428万4000円~+賞与年1回+各種手当

※年俸額を12分割した、月収35万7000円〜を毎月支給します。

※固定残業代(月80時間・12万4000円)を含みます

※超過分は別途支給します

※試用期間3ヵ月あり。期間中の待遇の差異はありません

※荷物量の増減による給与増減はありません。
