コンサルティング営業を行い

クライアントの採用活動を支援する仕事です。

企業様と、転職したい求職者を

マッチングする企画営業の

お仕事になります。

企業様の求める人物像や

事業内容、将来のビジョンまで深堀し、

ターゲット・プランを企画・提案。

取材や撮影、原稿作成、掲載後の

フォローまでお任せします。

「顧客以上に顧客を思う」という

09:00 出社・朝礼

10:00 既存顧客とオンライン商談

効果改善に向けた提案を行います。

11:00 お客様に状況確認のお電話

12:00 ランチ

13:00 新規顧客との商談

ヒアリング・ターゲット設定や

メディアをご提案します。

15:00 既存顧客への取材

17:00 帰社

アポイントの情報整理と

原稿発注などの事務作業

17:30 社内ミーティング

18:00 翌日のアポイントに向けた準備

18:30 退社

退社時間は日によって異なりますが

直行直帰することもあります。

【具体的には…】

Indeedなどの求人メディアから最適な商品を

提案し、採用課題を解決します。

適切な提案を行うためにも

「いつまでに何人採用したいか?」

「どんな人を採用したいか?」など

事業内容、会社のビジョンの

ヒアリングが重要です。

採用ターゲットの設定、

プランや原稿内容の企画・提案を行います。

広告が掲載されて終わりではなく、

採用成功を実現するために

掲載結果を分析し、

運用・改善提案を行います。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

9:00~18:00

※平均残業30h程

休日休暇


週休2日制(土日祝)

夏季・年末年始・GW

  • 年間休日125日(2025年度実績)

長期連休は1週間~10日程度お休みです

※年4回キックオフのため土曜出社有

その他、弔事、産前産後・育児休暇もあり

「四谷三丁目駅」徒歩4分/ 「四ツ谷駅」「曙橋駅」徒歩9分/交通費全額支給

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万3000円 〜 24万3000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万5000円 〜 9万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり35時間 〜 50時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与例


年収416万円/入社1年目

=月給28万3000円+賞与+インセン

年収505万円/入社4年目・リーダー

=月給33万3000円+賞与+インセン
