施設の顔として、ご利用されるお客様の情報を管理し、非日常空間で付加価値の高い滞在を過ごしていただけるように、準備やサポート全般を担っていただきます。

<具体的な業務内容>

  • 施設フロント業務全般

・お客様情報の集約、更新、共有、管理

・レセプション対応や、館内外のお客様対応等の対面業務

・カフェや物販などの対面会計業務

・締め業務等の売上管理

  • チームのマネジメント

・アルバイトスタッフの定期面談と評価

・シフト作成

・業務割り振り

  • マルチ業務

・客室清掃

・カフェホール業務

・BBQや焚火などアクティビティ対応

・宿直

・災害等緊急対応

・恒常的なオペレーション改善

<評価方法>

定期面談を実施し、等級制度の等級に照らし合わせて評価を行います。

「高尾山」登山の玄関駅となる京王線「高尾山口駅」から徒歩1分の立地にある自然体験型の宿泊施設です。

都心からのアクセスの良さ、高尾山の年間300万人という世界最高の登山客数、高尾山を含めた恵まれた観光資源、を活かした、高尾山麓唯一のホテルタイプの宿泊施設です。

※近隣にはドミトリーやレジャーホテルがございます

ご宿泊者様は焚火体験が無料で楽しめます。

※飲食物・延長はアドオン

客室にはテレビや時計が無く、名一杯活動して、非日常を味わい尽くしていただくことがコンセプトです。

里山と都市の境目に位置し、アウトドアの入り口を感じていただける間口の広さが特徴です。

現在アルバイト社員合わせて40名ほどが働いています。

ファミリーなどの個人ご宿泊と、企業研修等の団体ご宿泊を同時にお迎えしています。
