About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in OSS provisioning and Telco Cloud deployments. The role requires knowledge of FlowOne, UIV, NoRC, along with strong project management and leadership skills to deliver Digital Operations initiatives in line with customer KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OSS/BSS projects covering order fulfilment, service provisioning, and activation.
- Oversee FlowOne deployments on NCS, RedHat OpenShift, including NEI changes, integration, and monitoring.
- Provide effective stakeholder communication and cross-functional team leadership.
Skills
- 8+ years in Telecom/IT with 4+ years as Technical Lead.
- Strong OSS/BSS experience in order fulfilment and orchestration.
- Hands-on with Nokia FlowOne, UIV, NoRC and Telco Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-native concepts (Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, microservices).
- Good working experience in Linux, VMWare, Dockers & Containers, OpenStack, Openshift.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
Preferred
: Any experience in technically managing Flowone and NORC deployment services.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
