TVCMから動画広告まで。映像を"ゼロから動かす"ディレクター募集。

企業のTVCM、動画広告、販促映像など、企画提案から制作進行・納品までを一貫して担う映像ディレクターのポジションです。

クライアントと直接やり取りしながら、目的や課題を整理し、最適な映像表現を企画・設計。

社内外の制作メンバーと連携し、映像作品を形にしていきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・展示会・交流会・紹介リードなどを通じた営業活動

・問い合わせ対応、代理店対応などの顧客折衝

・映像コンテンツの企画立案・提案・進行・予算管理

・絵コンテ(イメージコンテ)作成、撮影進行、制作管理

・編集工程のディレクション・クオリティ管理

・動画マーケティング企画、自社プロモーション施策の企画・実行

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,500,000 〜 ¥4,900,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥69,100〜¥78,600(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

350~490万円程度

28~35万円程度

◎月額29万円の場合、固定残業時間40時間、固定残業代 69,100円

◎月額33万円の場合、固定残業時間40時間、固定残業代 78,600円
