仕事内容
発電事業に係る製品・役務に対する品質企画及び品質保証業務(国内外の軽水炉・サーマルエナジー・水力発電事業、福島廃止処理、再処理施設、新型炉、重粒子線治療装置等)
【詳細】
・ 発電事業に係る製品・サービスに対する対する品質マネジメントシステムの確立・維持等を含む品質企画業務
a)品質マネジメントシステム文書(品質マニュアル、二次文書等)の策定・維持、プロセスの継続的改善
b)品質会議運営(品質マネジメントレビュー、品質戦略委員会、品質ヒアリング等)
c)監査運営
・ 発電事業に係る製品・役務に対する品質保証計画立案、及び実行を通した品質保証業務
a)プロジェクト品質保証/品質管理計画立案
b) 顧客との品質保証/品質管理に係る窓口業務
c) 事業所/調達先に対する品質保証業務(品質保証要求策定、レビュー会議、立会検査、記録確認、調達先認定等)
・ その他、製品環境規制・製品安全、製品セキュリティ、プラント性能に係る品質保証業務
a) 製品環境規制・製品安全(海外各国向け)、製品セキュリティに関する品質マネジメントシステム文書の策定・維持、プロセスの聖俗的改善
b) サーマルエナジー、水力発電プラントの性能に係る品質保証業務

求めるスキル・経験
【必須】
・理工系の基礎的な知識、思考能力(原子力工学、機械工学、電気・電子工学、化学工学、物理、建築/土木、制御、情報等)
・現職も含め一社3年以上のエンジニアリング・設計経験、あるいは品質保証・品質管理業務経験

電力の安定供給とカーボンニュートラルの実現に向け、各種発電プラント・設備の安全性向上及び品質を保証する重要な役割を担っていただきます。また、粒子線等の新たな技術を用いた医療機器の提供等を通した社会貢献に向け、医療機器に係る品質保証業務をリードいただくやりがいのある仕事です。
当部門では、人材育成・技術伝承に力を入れており、中途採用者に対し、それぞれの経験・知識等を踏まえ、社内認定制度を通し、配属後1~2年間の期間で座学・OJTを交えて必要な教育・訓練を提供しております。
