JINSは「Magnify Life」をビジョンとして掲げ、デジタルを活用した最高の顧客体験の実現をデジタル戦略として掲げており、新しいデジタル基盤を創り上げていく中で「システム開発をグリップすること」を方針に掲げています。
グローバル店舗における新しい顧客体験やサービスの企画に構想段階から参画し、お客様や事業の視点から採用するテクノロジーや開発手法、プロセス含め「なぜそう作るのか」を考え、エンジニアとしてそれを作り上げる役割を担っていただきます。
具体的にはデジタルを活用した次世代店舗やサービス等の企画・開発・導入支援、店舗フロントシステム全般の運用や継続的な改善を行っていただきます。
企画の初期フェーズでは実際の店舗での概念実証(PoC)も積極的に行っており、自社エンジニアによる内製開発も行っています。
オフィスワークだけではなく、国内外問わず積極的に店舗に足を運ぶことを推奨していますので、 スタッフやお客様との対話を通して自身が携わったシステムの成果をダイレクトに感じることができます。
■入社当初に予想される業務上の課題
・ビジネスモデルと業務の理解
フレームやレンズなどの商品、お客様がメガネを購入されるまでの体験、 これらを支えるシステムや業務プロセスなどについて理解を深める必要があります。
実際に店舗に足を運び、店舗スタッフとの対話やお客様への接客を通して理解していただきます。
・状況に応じた仕事のハンドリング
お客様との接点に近い店舗領域を担当するため、事業部門からは多様な要件が発生します。
その中から、コミュニケーションをとることで担当者の困りごとを深掘りし、 事業価値に応じた優先順位の整理などを行う必要があります。
