業務内容

法令対応、環境対策に気を配り、施工の視点から実現の可能性を検証し、事前の現場調査、図面チェック、材料や工法などの検討、費用の積算を行うほか、工事にあたっては工程や予算、品質、安全面の管理を行い、映像や音響、照明などの空間演出の手配を行うなど、工事全体をコントロールします。

実際の空間づくりの現場に立ち、デザインの意図やお客さまの意向を踏まえながら、空間を訪れる人々にも満足いただける空間をつくり上げる役割を担う職種です。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・与件調査(現場予定地および近隣調査、関連法規・規定調査他)

・設計図面検証

・積算(工事費用見積他)

・工事与件整理(工程・品質・安全計画立案、施工図チェック他)

・工事準備(工事業者への発注、各種届出手続他)

・工事管理(工程管理、安全衛生管理、品質管理、予算管理)

・工事検査・検収、保守管理(社内検査、官庁検査対応、施主検査・検収対応)

ショップやショッピングセンター、テーマパークなどの商業施設やイベント施設、ホスピタリティ施設、ビジネス施設、文化施設など。

応募資格

施工管理または内装設計の実務経験者(実務経験5年以上の方)

<尚可>以下の資格をお持ちの方

1級・2級建築施工管理技士

一級・二級建築士

年収634万円~819万円

※経験・年齢を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します
