業務内容
お客様対応(受付対応、電話対応、会議室等へのご案内、飲み物の提供)
事務全般(データ入力、社内外のメールのやりとり、海外のITチームとのやり取り、郵便物の受け取りと配送、オフィスで使う事務用品の注文、コピー機の準備等、請求書の金額チェック、新規顧客の入居準備など)
ファシリティ運営全般
・ファシリティの管理(電話設定、家具の移動など)
コミュニティイベントの企画・実施
新規顧客獲得のため内覧の実施
営業サポート業務
無人オフィスの巡回業務
学歴

正社員
※6ヶ月の試用期間があります。この間の給与や福利厚生等の条件に変更はありません。
※入社後→1週間の座学トレーニング→OJT(On the Job Training)→適正を見て23区内でエリア配属先を決定致します。
★U・Iターン歓迎「転職を機に新しい生活をはじめたい・好きな街で暮らしたい」という方、お待ちしています。希望エリアを教えて下さい。また、上記を含め全国47都市に拠点を展開中。ほかの拠点での採用をオープンする可能性もありますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
<給与>
350万
※年俸制
※1/12を基本給として月々支給。
※時間超過分は別途支給いたします。
※ご自身で新規の契約を締結するとコミッションが支給されます。

勤務時間
シフト制(1週間交代)・1日実働8時間・1週40時間
①早番:8:45-17:45
②遅番:9:15-18:15
