■案件発掘&コンサルティング提案
各種コンサルティングのサービス説明・実績紹介/社内外のセミナー登壇/提案書作成/企業の経営層やIT責任者へのプレゼンテーション
■コンサルティングデリバリー
課題や環境の調査・整理/分析・改善シナリオ作成/施策の計画及びスケジューリング/提案・実行/評価・修正
■後続SI案件の案件発掘・提案引き継ぎ
システム導入や運用プロジェクト担当への引継ぎ/新たな改善課題選定/定着化に向けた施策検討
■社内コンサルティングを通じたRaslShowcase(事例)作成(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
