仕事内容:

「シルバニアファミリー」や「アクアビーズ」「野球盤」「ジグソーパズル」「トレーディングカード」でお馴染みエポック社もしくはグループ会社にて人事労務に関する業務をご担当いただきます。勤怠管理や各種手続きなどから始め、給与計算や採用関連業務など将来的には幅広い業務をご担当いただきたいと考えております。実際の配属はこれまでのご経験や業務適正を勘案し、ご希望もお聞きした上で主にご担当いただく業務を決定いたします。

【ご担当いただく業務】

■人事・労務業務

勤怠管理業務(勤怠承認者への連絡など)

給与計算・支払いに関する手続き

各種社会保険加入喪失などの手続き

所得税・住民税確認納付に関する手続き

年末調整に関する業務(書類確認、控除額計算など)

健康診断に関する業務(健保組合への連絡など)

新規入職者対応に関する業務(書類回収、確認など)

出向者に関する業務(勤怠確認など)

■採用関連関連業務

採用に関する業務(面接日程調整など)

その他人事・労務、採用に関する業務

■総務業務 主に庶務業務(名刺や備品発注、宅急便や郵便対応など)

求める人材:

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間8時間/日( 08時 00分 〜 21時 00分 の間の 8時間)、

コアタイム11:00〜15:00、休憩12:00〜13:00)

休暇・休日:

休日:土 日 祝日 週休二日制(原則週休2日制)

ただし繁忙期(12月)の第2・3土曜は出勤日とする

年間休日124日(夏季休暇・年末年始休暇含む)

勤務地:

職場内は完全禁煙

ウォーターサーバー利用可

エポック社本社(台東区駒形2-2-2)にてご勤務いただく可能性もございます

アクセス:

都営浅草線浅草駅A1出口徒歩1分

各線浅草駅徒歩5分

つくばエクスプレス浅草駅徒歩10分

都営大江戸線、都営浅草線蔵前駅徒歩6分

給与:

家族手当:扶養親族の人数に応じて支給

役職手当あり

賞与あり(前年実績基本給4ヶ月分)

通勤費支給(上限あり)
