仕事内容


ナカソネ住設はTOTO製品のアフターサービスを専門に行う正規代行店として、

創業40年以上の安心実績で年間約100,000件以上のご依頼に対応しています。

TOTO製品の水まわり設備を中心とした住宅設備の取替・取付工事を行っていただく、「施工班」を募集します。

営業要素も含まれますが、ノルマはなく、お客様に寄り添った提案をすればインセンティブがつく仕組みです。TOTO製品の取り扱いのため需要は常に安定。景気に左右されにくく、業績も好調です。

  • お任せするコトは?
  • 水栓金具、洗面化粧台、トイレなど水回り商品の交換取付
  • お客様からの相談対応
  • 翌日以降の施工現場の事前訪問・打ち合わせ(担当サービスマンと連携)
  • 現場完了後のタブレットによる報告書作成・書類整理(完了伝票の提出など)

※事務作業のスキルは不要入社後にレクチャーいたしますのでご安心ください

  • 1日の流れ

・出社

・施工現場の準備

・現場へ移動 施工

・タブレットにて報告書作成

・翌日以降の現場の確認、打合せ(担当サービスマン及びお客様へのアポ)

・帰社後、完了書類の整理

個人・法人問わずお客様からご依頼を頂いているため 「仕事がなくて収入が...」という不安もありません。

ノルマや新規開拓も無く、プレッシャーを抱えずに業務へ打ち込むことができます。

<入社後の流れ>

TOTO主催の集合研修(オンライン:約7日間、実地:約6日間(宿泊)・食事付き・交通費・宿泊費全額支給)に参加して、商品知識やメンテナンス方法などを学びます。※研修後には資格取得が可能。メーカー認定資格は全国でも1500人程しか所有していない希少な資格です。

訪問は営業車にて各々の現場へ移動します。

一日のスケジュールもご自身でお決めいただけます

営業車や部品・工具などを営業所に置いていただく必要があるため、直行直帰は基本的に不可ですが、帰りが遅くなるといったことはありません。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 250000円 ~ 650000円

  • 同ポジションの関東平均年収716万円

基本給250,000円+インセンティブ+残業代全額(見込み残業無し)

  • 頑張りが直結するインセンティブと、残業平均20~30時間全額支給で高年収が叶う。

1年目から500万円以上の年収を達成している社員も多くいます。

異業種未経験からの転職であっても、段取りよく業務できることが大事

売り上げに対するインセンティブはもちろん、お客様対応の質が評価されると給与へ直結

「たくさん訪問してインセンティブで年収1000万円以上稼ぎたい」「依頼数はおさえてプライベートを大切にしたい」など、自由な環境で自分の働き方を叶えられます。

また、20年以上長く勤務している社員も、技術と営業力を活かして安定した給与を稼げていますよ。

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

通勤、残業、誕生日以外の手当・見舞金は、試用期間終了後に支給します。また、インセンティブは基本無し、自分自身で練習として完了した分のみ、給与に付く場合があります。
