"すでにお取引のある企業"のみ。

新規開拓の架電・アポイント取得なし

まずは既存企業1社から担当し、

業務に慣れていける環境です。

企業とスタッフの間に立ち、

シフト・勤怠などの運用を整え、

現場が円滑に回る仕組みを支えるポジション。

調整力や提案力など、汎用性の高い

ビジネススキルも身につきます。

  • お仕事内容

【企業対応(既存中心)】

・クライアント企業との打ち合わせ

(状況ヒアリング、要望確認)

・人員配置/働き方の調整、運用改善の提案

【スタッフフォロー】

・就業スタッフの相談対応

・就業後フォロー

(定期連絡/職場訪問 など)

【運用サポート(事務)】

・シフト作成/調整

・勤怠チェック(出勤状況の確認 など)

・採用業務のサポート

・資料作成/データ入力 など

※付随する事務作業あり

基本的なPC操作ができれば応募可能。

導入研修で基礎から学び、

その後も先輩がOJTでフォローします。

行動計画も一緒に作成するため、

未経験の方でも段階的に

担当範囲を広げられます。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万2000円 〜 25万7000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万8000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり19時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
