【お仕事内容】

・公用車の管理、施設利用者送迎

送迎の時間外は以下の業務もお願いします。

・施設内外の機械設備の点検や簡易な修繕作業

・各種業者とのやり取りや見積依頼など

・施設のセキュリティ関係の管理

・施設の防災関係の管理(防災設備の管理、防災訓練など)

・施設内託児所の管理

・その他施設に関すること

140室ある大規模な特別養護老人ホームです。

敷地内には竹林や中庭があり、室内から緑や日の光を感じる事ができます。

法人創立70周年を迎えた寿楽園が2017年に横浜市に開設しました。

140床の特別養護老人ホームと併設ショートステイ20床の計160床の入居施設を主軸に、

ケアプランセンター、デイサービス、訪問介護、就労継続支援と在宅サービスも充実しています

【運転業務に関して】

•送迎車両(ハイエース等)の運転に支障がない普通自動車運転免許を有して、安全運転に対する意識が高く、利用者を安心して送迎できる方

•建物管理、設備保守、営繕業務などの実務経験

•電気・設備・建築などの技術的知識や資格(第二種電気工事士・危険物取扱者・建築関係資格等)

•送迎業務の経験

•社会福祉施設での勤務経験があれば尚可

勤務時間・曜日:

日勤8:00~18:30

(基本的な勤務時間は8:30~17:30)

休暇・休日:

4週8休以上

月1シフト提出

休日:月9日(シフトによる)

※2月のみ月8日(29日の月は9日)

※令和8年4月より、年間休日120日(月10日)に変更予定

※経験考慮等あり

・基本給:232,500円

・住居手当:40,000円(事業所より2km圏内想定)

【各種手当】

〇住居手当:事業所より2km圏内で上限40,000円/月、2km圏外で上限30,000円/月

※世帯主かつ賃貸契約者の場合に支給

〇通勤手当:日額実費

※住居から事業所までの合理的な通勤経路の距離が、片道2km以上の場合に支給

〇能力評価手当:入職1年経過後の4/1より支給(評価による)

<末日締め:基本給は当月末日支給/諸手当は翌月末日支給>
