仕事内容:

【一般事務等】

大学キャンパス内での勤務です

●請求書をPDF化、内容確認、役員へメール送付

●学内のATMで振込対応

●振込内容のExcel入力、書類のファイリング

●庶務、室内の簡単な清掃

●小口現金の確認

●同窓会名簿管理(システムへの入力)

●電話応対

●申請書類の受付など

●封入作業など

※基本2名体制(金曜日は1名体制)となります

※水曜日・木曜日は10時~15時まで、

月曜日・金曜日は10時~16時までの週18時間となります。

※1月中は引継ぎのため、月・水・金曜日(9:30~16:30または16:00)の勤務となります。

アピールポイント:

●1月からの勤務が希望です。

●月~金曜日の週4日、1日4~5時間ですので、週18時間ほどです(金曜日は勤務必須)。

※1月中は月、水、金曜日9時30分~16時30分(休憩1時間)での引継ぎとなります。

●原則大学キャンパスカレンダーに従っての勤務となります

●冬休み・夏休み多めです

●時々祝日の勤務があります

●フロアには派遣スタッフさんがいらっしゃいます

(1,2名体制となります※曜日により異なります)
