<弊社の研修内容>

▼1ヶ月目

– まずは広報&事務の基本をじっくり学びます

・SNSの投稿ルールや文章の書き方

・社内ツールの使い方やメールのマナーなども丁寧にレクチャー

▼2ヶ月目

– 少しずつ実務にチャレンジしましょう

・先輩と一緒に、SNS投稿や資料作成のサポートからスタート♪

・カンタンな写真撮影や、ちょっとした編集もお任せします

▼3ヶ月目

– ついに一人立ちのタイミング研修お疲れさまでした

・投稿スケジュールの管理や、イベントの広報などもお任せできるように

・「○○さんの投稿見ました」なんて反響がうれしい瞬間も♪

<お仕事内容>

・InstagramやX(旧Twitter)などSNSの投稿・更新

・簡単な画像編集(Canvaなどを使用)

・社内イベントや採用活動の広報サポート

・Web記事やお知らせの作成(フォーマットあり)

・簡単な事務作業(メール対応・スケジュール調整など)

※業務を遂行するにあたり、日本語での高度な読解力および会話力(日本語能力試験N1相当)が求められます。

社内外とのコミュニケーション(メール・チャット)はすべて日本語で行うため、ビジネスレベルの日本語力が必要です。

なお、本募集は将来的なキャリア形成を目的とした若年層採用を想定しており、35歳未満の方を対象とした募集となります(雇用対策法施行規則第1条の3第1項第3号イに基づきます)。

勤務時間・曜日:

・10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

・残業ほぼなし定時退社推奨

◆ 月給:25万円~35万円(経験・能力に応じる)

+交通費+残業代+手当

◆ 昇給:年2回(2月・8月)

◆ 賞与:業績連動で支給(年1回以上)

◆ 年収モデル

・未経験1年目:年収300万円前後

・2~3年目:年収350~400万円程度(+役職・職能手当)

・将来的には事務チームのリーダーとして年収450万円超も可能
