【職務内容】

近年、AI活用やデータビジネスの拡大により、弥生製品や業務システムにも先端技術を取り入れ、

新たな価値を創造し、DX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)を実行していくことが不可欠となっています。

弊社では、そのような背景の中、全社横断でのデータ利活用・AI活用を推進する「データ戦略」を掲げ、

Databricksを中心としたデータプラットフォームの整備や、部門横断のDXプロジェクトを加速させています。

こうした取り組みをさらに推進するためには、AI・データを活用した開発基盤を安定的に運用できる仕組みが重要です。

そのため、最新技術を取り入れつつ、MLOpsの設計から実運用までをリードし、全社的なDXの加速に貢献いただけるエンジニアを募集することとなりました。

【具体的な業務内容】

・バックオフィス業務自動化に向けたAI/MLモデルの開発と実装:自然言語処理、構造化データ処理、時系列解析、文脈推論等を用いて、お客さまの業務改善に役立てます

・MLモデル開発の為のデータ分析:LLMを用いた先端技術開発、探索的データ解析、ドメイン特化データマートの構築、AWSのSageMaker/Databricksを利用した機械学習モデルの開発

・モデル評価とデモ環境構築:開発したモデルの評価を行い、デモ環境を構築

・製品・システム開発チームへの技術の運用設計、MLOpsの実行:サービス開発担当と連携し、自部署で開発したモデルの製品・システム実装をサポート

【使用技術・開発環境】

クラウド:AWS(SageMaker、Bedrockなど)、Databricks

開発環境:Jupyter Lab、SageMaker Studio、Databricks

開発言語:Pythonなど

【求める人材】

・データサイエンスやMLモデルの開発において、プロジェクトの取りまとめを行い、リーディングした経験がある

・機械学習・深層学習モデルの構築・チューニング・評価における3年以上の実務または研究経験

・機械学習アルゴリズム(例:Transformer系、時系列予測、確率的モデル等)への理論的な理解と実装能力

・Pythonおよび関連ライブラリ(NumPy、Pandas、scikit-learn、PyTorch/TensorFlow等)を用いたデータ解析・モデリングスキル

・社内システム・プロダクトへの実装と運用に関わったことがある

・ビジネスサイド(営業・企画部門)と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる

【給与】

年収800~1300万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
