【仕事内容】

データ活用・基盤構築プロジェクトを通して、開発力のほか、プロジェクトマネジメントやチームリード、BIソリューション設計・導入支援など多岐にわたる業務を通じ、お客様のデジタル変革を推進して頂きます。

【具体的には】

・データ基盤構築/データ活用PJにおけるテックリード(アーキテクチャ設計、実装支援)

・BIソリューションを活用したデータビジュアライゼーションの設計/導入支援

・技術要件の定義およびソリューション提案

・最新のデータ技術(Snowflake、Databricks、Informatica、AWS、GCP、Azureなど)を活用したデータプラットフォームの構築

・技術面でのプロジェクトリードおよび技術的な課題解決の推進

・データエンジニアリング/データパイプライン構築(ETL/ELTの設計、実装)

・クラウドプラットフォームを活用したデータインフラの最適化

【求める人材】

・クライアントとの技術折衝経験、技術要件の定義および提案スキル

・SQLおよびデータモデリングに関する知識

・Snowflake、Databricks、AWS、GCP、Azureなどのクラウドデータ基盤に関する技術知識と実務経験

・ETL/ELTパイプラインの設計・構築経験(Informatica、MS-Fabric、Dataiku、trocco等のツール使用経験を含む)

・BIツール(Tableau、PowerBI)を活用したデータ分析/可視化の経験

【歓迎】

・クラウドデータウェアハウス(Redshift、BigQuery、AzureDB、Vertica)に関する設計・構築経験

・高度なデータアーキテクチャ設計スキル(分散処理、ストリーミング処理など)

・Python、Scala、Javaなどを用いたデータエンジニアリング経験

・AI/ML基盤構築の経験(DataCloud、MLflowなど)

【給与】

年収700~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
