【仕事内容】

  • インテリアの内装施工管理

有名ホテルや病院、商業施設、大型ビル、

マンションなどを中心とした様々な建物の

インテリアの内装施工管理をお任せします

具体的なお仕事は以下の通りです。

・お客様(元請け業者の担当の方)や

協力会社様との打ち合わせ

・見積り業務

・現場管理(工程管理・安全管理・作業員(下請業者様)の手配)

・現場での指示、イレギュラー対応

・申請業務、書類作成など

<ご入社後は>

まずは1~3年程度を目安に、先輩社員と一緒に

現場を回り、仕事の全体像や顧客・協力会社等の

基本的なことをまなんでいきます。

いきなり一人で現場に出ていただくようなことは

絶対にありませんのでご安心下さい

<職場について>

東京タピー支店でインテリアの内装施工管理を

担当しているのは計2名(30代と40代各1名)の社員。

二人とも気さくな先輩なので、職場にもすぐに

なじめるはずですよ。

<働き方について>

無理な工期での案件を請け負うことが無いため、

業界平均と比較しても残業時間15時間と少ないのが

当社の自慢もちろん、忙しい時もありますが、

だからこそ、「休養できるときは休養する」という

メリハリを大切にしています。

※早い時は17時に終業し、そのまま帰社することなく

帰宅することもあります。

過去には東京や大阪の有名テーマパークや、

空港、大学、有名ホテル、病院、商業施設等の

建設プロジェクトにも参加。完成後は、

有名ランドマークになるような建築物が多く、

  • 残業時間は月平均15時間程度です

創業当初から「社員を大切にする」をテーマに、

特に工事の場合、スケジュールが厳しい時は、

現場の作業員にそのしわ寄せがきたりもしますが、

当社では無理な工期で請負うことがないので、

時間に追われる心配はナシ。

さらに原則土日祝休みに、残業も月15時間程度と

ワークライフバランスの整えやすい職場なので、

仕事とプライベートを両立したい方にも

資格

  • 学歴・資格不問
  • 要普通自動車運転免許(オートマok)

勤務時間


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

※時短勤務/相談可

  • 残業/月平均15時間程/基本は定時退社

完全週休2日制(土日祝)

※土曜出勤が発生する場合代休の取得必須です。

月給 24万1220円~29万5610円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり3万6800円~4万6610円(固定残業時間:25時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

月給24万1220円~29万5610円

※経験・能力を考慮します

※上記には固定残業代/25時間分/3万6800円~4万6610円含む。

超過分は別途支給します。

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給
