特任研究補助員(非常勤職員)の募集について
国立がん研究センター研究所では特任研究補助員を下記のとおり募集します。
1.職名および人数
分子病理分野 特任研究補助員(非常勤職員) 1名
2.職務内容
研究所 分子病理分野における研究費執行に関する事務・経理業務、所属医師のセンター内
事務手続き、物品・試薬等の発注手続きなどの業務
3.応募資格
(1) 短大、4年制大学卒業以上の方
(2) 基本的な PC スキル(メール、ワード、エクセル等 )を有する方
(3) 事務業務経験のある方
(4) 当センターの理念・基本方針を理解し、職務に誠実かつ積極的に取り組む意欲が
ある方
4.処遇等
(身分) 非常勤職員
(勤務時間) 勤務日:週 30 時間(週 5 日、月~金曜日)
勤務時間:9 時 00 分~16 時 00 分(休憩 1 時間)※応相談
(給与等) 時間給 1,530 円~当センター非常勤職員給与規程により決定
交通費支給、社会保険(週 20 時間以上勤務)、雇用保険(週 20 時間以
上勤務)、賞与有り(週 30 時間以上勤務)、有給休暇有り(勤務時間に
応じた日数)
5.雇用期間
採用日が属する年度末まで
※年度毎の任期更新審査結果により、任期が更新される場合があります。
※採用日から 3 ヶ月間は試用期間となります。
6.採用年月日
令和8年4月1日以降
7.提出書類 ※書類は証書も含めて全て A4 サイズでの提出をお願いします。
(1) 履歴書(カラー写真添付)
※様式は下記からダウンロードし、Excel ファイルのまま提出してください。
※学歴は義務教育後(高等学校等入学から)の記載をしてください。
※カラー写真を必ず添付してください。
採用決定後、職員証(IC カード)に使用します。
※メールアドレスの記載をしてください。
(2) 業務に関連する免許証、認定証、登録証等の写し(要応募資格のもの)
(3) 最終学歴の卒業証書の写し、または卒業証明書 ※A4 判に縮小
(4) 職務経歴書(職務内容を記載のこと) ※任意書式(A4 判)
※提出書類は返却いたしません。当方にて責任を持って破棄いたします。
8.提出締切日
随時 (採用者が決定しだい募集を終了します。)
9.選考方法
書類選考を行ったのち、対象者に面接選考を行います。
書類選考合格・不合格どちらもメールにてご連絡差し上げます。
