特任研究補助員(非常勤職員)の募集について
国立がん研究センター東病院では特任研究補助員を下記のとおり募集します。
1.職名および人数
呼吸器内科 特任研究補助員 (非常勤職員) 1名
2.職務内容
(1)研究に関わる事務業務、資料作成補助、各種資料のファイリング
(2)各種書類作成(Word、Excelなど)
(3)電子メールなどを使った連絡業務
(4)その他付随する業務
3.応募資格
(1) パソコン(Word、Excel等)を用いた各種資料作成ができる方
(2) 多岐にわたる業務に柔軟に対応でき、周囲と協調して業務を遂行する能力のある方
(3) 業務内容について誠実かつ積極的に取り組む意欲のある方
(4) 研究事務経験のある方、事務作業を得意とする方であれば尚可
(5) がん患者・家族への支援などについて当センターの理念を共有できるもの
4.処遇等
(身分) 非常勤職員
(勤務時間) 勤務日:週 5日(月~金曜日、土日祝日を除く)
勤務時間:9時 00分~16時 00分(休憩 1時間)
但し、状況により超過勤務あり。 勤務日・勤務時間は応相談
(給与等) 時間給 1,530円~1,900 円 当センター非常勤職員給与規程により決定
交通費支給、社会保険(週 20時間以上勤務)、雇用保険(週 20時間以上勤
務)、賞与有り(週 30時間以上勤務)、有給休暇有り(勤務時間に応じた日数)
5.雇用期間
採用日から翌 3月 31 日まで(※)
(※契約は原則 1年度単位。なお、年度毎に任用更新審査を行う。ただし、採用日から 3ヶ月間は
試用期間となります。)

9.選考方法
書類選考を行ったのち、対象者に面接選考を行います。
