人材関連業務全般

<仕事内容>

BPM(ビジネスプロセスマネジメント)チームでは、人材の紹介(国内人材・海外人材)の採用・管理を支える本部機能として、チーム全体の業務効率化と運営を担っています。

事務スタッフの方には、人材情報のシステム管理、請求書作成、入金・売上管理など、会社の運営を支える重要な事務業務をお任せします。

単なるルーティンワークではなく、業務フローの改善や効率化の提案など、「どうすればもっと良くなるか」を考えながら取り組める方を歓迎します。

いずれはチームの中心メンバーとして活躍できるポジションで、主体性を持って動ける方ほど成長のチャンスが大きい環境です。

将来的には、業務の最適化をリードし、自ら考え実行する役割もお任せしたいと考えています。

事務職としての経験を活かしながら、スキルアップを目指したい方に最適なポジションです。

【変更の範囲:会社の定める業務】

給与

  • 年収:300万円~350万円

【月給】

181,630円~240,350円

※年齢・学歴・経験・能力などを考慮して加給優遇いたします

※住宅手当・家族手当・残業手当別途支給

【給与例】大卒26歳、月給202,350円、昇給年1回/賞与年2回支給

【給与例】専門・短大卒28歳、月給202,630円、昇給年1回/賞与年2回支給

【平日】8:45~17:30 ※残業をお願いする場合があります(月平均5~20時間程度)

【土曜】8:45~15:00 ※年1~2回程度

資格・経験


【必須要件】

  • 社会人経験3年以上(業種・職種不問)
  • 業務でのパソコン操作経験

休日・休暇


土曜・日曜・祝日 (週休2日制)

年間休日120日以上 (出勤指定の土・祝日が年に1~2日あり)

※2026年実績:126日

GW、夏季、年末年始、有給、慶弔、出産、育児休暇など

※産休・育休取得率100%
