<仕事内容>

\医療施設の内装工事を手がける施工管理/

クリニックなど医療施設の新規開院や

改修に伴う内装工事を、計画〜完成まで一貫管理

【主な業務内容】

・着工前の施工計画に基づいた準備

・協力会社や職人の手配、作業指示

・材料の発注と納期管理

・工事進捗や品質・安全の管理

【担当案件例】

・新規クリニックの内装(スケルトンから約1.5ヶ月)

・コンセント位置変更など小規模改修(月2〜3件)
