【仕事内容】

テックリードとしてエンジニア組織のマネジメントを行いつつ、モバイルアプリやウェブアプリの開発案件において、メンバーを率いて設計・実装・ユニットテストといった業務を主に担当いただきます。

デザイナー、テスター、ウェブエンジニアといった様々なスペシャリストと共に、UI/UX にこだわったモバイルアプリケーション開発に携わることが可能です。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・エンジニア組織におけるマネジメント及びリーダー業務

・設計

・プログラミング

・ユニットテスト

※志向によっては上記に限らず、上流工程、ウェブ開発、デザインなど様々な業務に携わっていただくことも可能です。

・エンジニアに対するピープルマネジメントが行えること

・技術戦略に関する提言が行えること

700万円~1200万円

【勤務時間】

5:00~22:00
