【仕事内容】

生成AI(特にLLM)を用いた業務効率化・知的業務支援のプロジェクトにて、技術選定・設計・開発の中核を担っていただきます。

「PoC止まりで終わらない」本番実装の案件が豊富で、NLPの専門性をビジネスに結びつけたいエンジニアに最適な環境です。

【具体的には】

以下を想定しております。

・エンドクライアントとの技術ディスカッション、業務分析、PoC仮説設計

・LLMや検索技術(RAGなど)を用いたプロトタイプ開発、本番導入

・ジュニアメンバーの技術支援、コードレビュー

・PM・Biz側への技術提案・交渉・仕様調整

・LLMの評価設計(指標設計、ベンチマーク設計など)

【PJT例】

・コールセンター業務におけるAI支援ツールの構築(要約・応対支援)

・金融業界向けのドキュメント自動生成システム

・製薬・小売業向けのRAGベース業務支援プロダクト

・プログラムコードを対象としたLLMによるレビュー支援(CodeRAG)

【求める人材】

・自然言語処理を用いたアプリケーション開発経験(2年以上)

・Python+LLM(OpenAI APIやTransformers系)での開発経験

・業務課題を技術で解決するための設計・提案経験

【歓迎】

・Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG)の設計・導入経験

・ベクトル検索(FAISS、Milvus、ElasticSearch等)の活用経験

・LangChain、LlamaIndexなど生成AI用フレームワークの利用経験

・チーム開発経験/コードレビュー経験

【給与】

年収650~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
