怖いイメージのある不動産業ですが、

本来はお客様に寄り添い「人生の大きな節目を支える」やりがいのある仕事です。

当社の営業は「根拠のない甘い言葉で契約を取る」ではなく、

相場に基づいた「根拠ある提案」で信頼を得るスタイル。

売主様に対し適正な査定と販売戦略を立て、

安心して任せていただきながらサポートします。

<具体的な業務内容>

仕入れから販売まで、仲介・買取再販など全てを行います。

取り扱う不動産の種類は戸建、土地、マンション、一棟物件等です。

  • 不動産売買仲介(主に居住用)

…ご相談・調査~契約まで

  • 価格査定・販売計画の提案

…収支シミュレーション・企画(リノベーション等)など

  • お問い合わせ対応・ご案内

お問い合わせ等から始まる「インバウンド営業」が3~4割、

残りの6~7割は自ら出会いを作る「新規営業」を想定しています。

まずは、お客様・不動産業者・オーナー・金融機関などへのご挨拶からスタート

お話を伺ったり、物件や地域についての情報収集・交換から始めてくださいね。

<営業方法について>

ガチガチに決まったルールはありません。

新規は基本的に、不動産会社様への訪問や電話からとなりますが、

・SNSを活用して反響を狙う

・他業種や前職から紹介してもらう

など、自分なりのアプローチを取り入れてもOK

  • 平均年齢30代相談しやすい職場です

「営業は初めて」「専門知識もない」という未経験者も大歓迎

最初は先輩が同行し、関係作りのコツ・知識の付け方を横で学べます。

質問や相談もしやすい環境なので、

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

9:00~18:00(実働8h)

休日休暇

  • 完全週休2日制
  • 年間休日120日以上

・基本的には祝日もお休み

・祝日にお打ち合わせが入った場合などは代休可

  • 休日スタイルの相談OK

「平日休み」「土日休み」「連休」といった希望があれば柔軟に対応

「火水で固定休」なども可能です。

交通・アクセス


「八王子駅」より徒歩4分 ※車・バイク通勤OK

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 25万4025円 〜 30万4025円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万5975円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

未経験スタートでも月給30万円

  • インセンティブ別途支給
  • 利益の10%を歩合と支給
  • 交通費支給、営業交通費支給、ガソリン代支給(すべて規定あり)
  • 宅建をお持ちの方(1.5万円/月)

<想定年収>

・初年度/500万円(月給30万円+インセンティブ)

・3年目/700万円(月給40万円+インセンティブ)

・5年目/850万円(月給45万円+インセンティブ)
