- MTO事業部:大手広告グループ企業に常駐し、人材を活用した業務請負・品質改善・サービス改善を推進

仕事内容

概要

博報堂DYグループ企業に常駐し、事業部門・人事・現場責任者と連携しながら、採用プロセス全体の運営・進行管理を担う採用コーディネーターです。応募受付から日程調整、合否連絡、説明会運営、データ管理、業務改善提案まで、採用活動を「動かす力」で成功に導く役割です。

業務内容

- 採用依頼の内容確認、募集職種・要件のヒアリング

- ヒアリングをもとに採用スケジュールの設計・調整(各選考フェーズの設定・リードタイム管理)

- 応募受付、候補者データ管理(ATS入力/進捗管理/レポーティング)

- 候補者連絡(案内、リマインド、合否連絡、次選考案内)

- 面接官・各部門との日程調整、会場手配、当日のアテンド

- 採用説明会の企画補助・運営サポート(集客・当日進行・事後フォロー)

- 各種事務処理(資料作成、議事録、KPI・ボトルネック分析)

- 採用戦略会議への参加、業務改善提案(フロー変更、SLA改善、ツール活用)

- 問い合わせ・トラブル対応(イレギュラーの整理、関係者連携、是正措置の実施)

- 関係者コミュニケーションのハブとしての調整・推進

必須スキル

経験

- 社会人経験1年以上(業界不問)

- 基本的なPCスキル(Word/Excel/PowerPointの日常使用、ビジネスメール対応)

- マルチタスクを自律的に捌く進行管理力、丁寧で正確なコミュニケーション力

歓迎スキル

- 人材業界(人材紹介・派遣・RPO)の営業/CA/RA/コーディネーター経験

- 採用オペレーション/採用事務/人事アシスタント経験

- 面接調整やATS運用、説明会運営経験

- 営業経験(社内外のステークホルダー折衝が得意な方)

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00

- 土日祝稼働あり

- シフトは前月20日頃確定/土日の休み希望は月2日まで可
